ABOUT THE WORKSHOPS

All workshops are 1 ½ hour sessions and are held at the Hunter School of Performing Arts, Lambton Road, Broadmeadow. (Newcastle)

(across from McDonalds)

   This school has 2 dance studios, with mirrors, a large theatre, huge outdoor area, plenty of parking, there will be an information booth and a café will be set up for light meals and relax with a delicious mint tea and refreshments. In case of rain, the bazaar and stalls on the Sunday will be undercover. 

All workshops cost $35 or 3 for $90

Children can participate with adult for cost of $20

and it is highly recommended that these be pre-booked to avoid disappointment.

 Please note that the charge is for attending, whether you choose to participate physically or not.

 It is a good idea to bring water, pen and paper and zills and a veil – just in case.

 Please arrive early to register at the door

 Children under 12 are welcome as workshop participants (for $20 when accompanied by a paying adult only.) but will not be admitted to workshops under any other circumstances, so please make childcare arrangements.

Workshop levels are shown as a guide only. All workshops are open to dancers from all levels.

Beginners – no experience necessary

Intermediate & up – six months or more experience

 Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of payment and not before. Book early to ensure your place as some workshops fill quickly. Tickets can be purchased at the information desk (cash only)

 Volunteers (distinctively attired) will be available to guide and direct participants to the proper venue location and answer any questions.
